What this register covers. MiFID / AIFMD / UCITS investment firms — NOT the MiCA crypto register. A firm listed here may hold no permission for anything else, and a firm absent from it may be lawfully authorised under a regime this register does not cover. An authorisation is not an endorsement. ESMA publishes that a firm is authorised. That is a record of a permission, not a recommendation, and not a statement that the firm is safe. No firm on this page is scored, ranked or assessed by us, there is no green tick anywhere on this site, and lists are ordered alphabetically so that the order cannot be read as a judgement either.
